The Po-Boy Shack serves New Orleans’ favorites in Pensacola!

Valerie says, “This has to be one of the best food trucks in this town! Food is always on point! The meat pies! The chicken tenders! The fried pork chops! The wings! And a hot sausage po boy that was eaten before we could snap the picture! Ha! If you haven’t tried them you should!”

Kaitlyn says, “I had their Shrimp Po-Boy sandwich and it was amazing!!!!! I got to try them while they were parked in front of Perfect Plains Brewing Company. Highly recommend! Great food for a great price. “
