SALT, a 501 (c)(3) charitable organization, focus is to develop a structured mentoring relationship with girls between the ages of 9 -18. We inspire girls to embrace their identity, to magnify their self-worth, and to strive to reach their full potential through leadership principles. We believe all girls can embrace who they are,
can define their future, and can change the world. Our Mission – To expose girls to principles emphasizing Leadership, Empowerment, Advocacy, and Discipline. Our Vision – To elevate, encourage, and empower girls to be Successful, Ambitious, Limitless, and Tenacious.
