BantuCola exists so Black entrepreneurs and community voices can tell their own stories clearly, boldly, and without translation.
We invite writers, business owners, creatives, and thought leaders who understand access, ownership, and legacy to contribute original work that strengthens the ecosystem. This platform is for voices that build, protect, and elevate Black business and community life.
Our perspective is unapologetically Black-centered. We are especially interested in writing that supports the accelerated growth of the African Diaspora in the Pensacola area; work that looks forward, speaks honestly, and offers practical pathways toward a prosperous future.
If a piece makes you slightly uncomfortable to publish because it prioritizes what is best for Black Pensacola, you are likely on the right track.
What We Publish
We welcome thoughtful, grounded writing on:

Economic power, wealth-building, and sustainability
Community protection and advocacy
Leadership, influence, and legacy
Strategy, access, and opportunity
Real journeys of building, sustaining, and protecting a business
We are open to work that is conscious, forward-leaning, and occasionally edgy; content that challenges stagnation while offering clarity and direction.
Our Approach
This is a space rooted in freedom of thought and honest dialogue.
Writers are encouraged to say the things they believe need to be said, guided by BantuCola’s core principles and knowledge pillars. We do not require consensus. Disagreement, when rooted in care and intention, is a sign of a healthy ecosystem.

BantuCola exists so Black Pensacola can speak to itself without constantly explaining, justifying, or diluting its perspective for a dominant culture.

Original, unpublished work
Mission-aligned and community-centered
600–1,200 words preferred
No sales-only or purely promotional content
Clear value for Black entrepreneurs and the broader ecosystem
Selected contributors receive visibility within The Tribe and across BantuCola platforms.
